WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC), one of the seven regional accreditors in the US, serves more than 200 schools. WSCUC wanted to move from their proprietary system to Salesforce and build a volunteer portal. However, multiple websites were connected to the legacy database and those sites needed to stay live during the migration. With only four months before their busy season, WSCUC needed a highly-skilled partner to build their Accreditation Management Solution.

WSCUC was referred to Presence from another accreditation client because of our deep expertise with accreditation business processes. Presence customized WCSUC's new Salesforce instance, shored up internal processes, migrated data, built the volunteer portal, and got the websites pointed to Salesforce -- all in the nick of time.

WSCUC’s solution provided staff with a comprehensive view of member institutions and volunteers. Volunteers gained the ability to update their own profile to specify areas of expertise, prior positions and degrees, and other information to better match them to the right Site Visits and Reviews. Presence would later build an Institution portal, so institutions could complete self-service and submit accreditation documents. With their new solution, WSCUC has a system that could scale; preparing them to meet a projected 200% growth in membership.
