Small Project, Big Impact

San Francisco Zen Center is one of the largest Buddhist Sanghas outside of Asia, acting as a unique practice place for a variety of students, visitors, priests, and monks. Zen Center offers meditation, classes, workshops, lectures, and retreats.  With outreach programs for the community, helping prisoners, the homeless, those in recovery, protecting the environment, and working for peace, the Zen Center is an active nonprofit to say the least.

So when Zen Center reached out to Presence to help with their existing Salesforce solution that was experiencing some bugs, we were eager to help. Presence assisted the Zen Center development team with the more complex updates and bug fixes such as updating Apex triggers and workflows. To help increase internal knowledge and understanding of their complex system, we provided detailed explanations of the causes of their bugs and how we fixed them.
