Council on Accreditation’s peer-driven community works to promote the adoption of best-practice standards for human service organizations globally. Their mission depends on communicating with thousands of organizations and hundreds of volunteers around the world via the MyCOA portal, which organizations use to manage their applications, upload documentation, and check their accreditation status. MyCOA was not user friendly, was difficult to navigate, and had no calls to action.
Presence built new internal processes to manage COA’s programs and streamlining the user experience. Working with design partner Busse, Presence completely redesigned MyCOA, from back-end technology to user experience. The new MyCOA helps everyone from COA employees to partner organizations deliver quality human services around the world.
