To bolster this effort, he recently hired a new Director of Account Management, Marisa Lopez, to lead the Social Impact (SI) Practice.
Marisa Lopez has been working at the crossroads of technology, corporate philanthropy, and social impact for more than a decade. Her perspective on innovation in the social sector evolved over the course of ten years studying and working to protect some of the most delicate ecosystems on the planet. During her journey through experiential education, marine, and rainforest conservation, she learned first-hand about the myriad of challenges nonprofits must overcomes as they strive to alleviate poverty, protect the environment, improve public education, and make the world a better place. Twentieth century social causes need the best tools available, and because of this Marisa fell into the world of implementing Salesforce for nonprofit organizations in 2009. In early 2016, Marisa decided to join Presence, bringing her expertise in leveraging technology for nonprofits to the creative, strategic, and innovative team at Presence.
The fusion of Marisa’s background with the expertise of the Presence team will ignite a new paradigm of ideas and solutions by creating cutting-edge products and development approaches.
